Our Office Policies
Our office is conveniently located at 2000 Washington Street. To schedule an appointment please call us at 617-244-0990. Our friendly and efficient office staff will help you arrange an appointment that is most convenient.
Office Hours
Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Appointments & Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. Cancellations under 24 hours will incur a $75 fee.
If you must cancel, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Emergencies
We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call our office at 617-244-0990. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.

The Plastic Surgical Associates accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

If insurance is involved, please have a referral from your primary care doctor if needed.
