Our office is conveniently located on 2000 Washington Street. Our friendly and efficient office staff will assist you to arrange an appointment that is most convenient. To schedule an appointment please call us at 617-244-0990.

Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.  If you have scheduled surgery please see the office policy on cancellations.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 617-244-0990 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call our office at 617-244-0990. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.

The Plastic Surgical Associates accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

  • Cash

We also accept these payment options :

  • Care Credit (at Tufts Hospital location only)

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.  If insurance is involved, please have a referral from your primary care doctor.
